This project will use WIFA funding. Selected contractor shall abide by all requirements with respect to the attached WIFA Contract Package, that includes but is not limited to American Iron and Steel Requirements, Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements, Compliance with Civil Rights Act and Equal Opportunity, Prohibition of Certain Telecommunication and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and Signage Requirements.
