Scope of Services
The City of Madison (Owner) is requesting proposals for a contract Construction Project Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a broad range of construction projects from initiation through completion. The Construction Project Manager will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with established procedures. The role requires strong knowledge of construction methods and practices, as well as the ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
