The project consists of renovating existing stacked toilet and shower spaces into a semi-private wet core bathroom configuration.  Existing plumbing systems will be replaced to the greatest extent possible. The scope includes a new exhaust and make-up air system for the renovated areas and fire alarm system upgrades throughout the building.
