Description: The City of Hibbing is seeking proposals from qualified environmental, engineering, and wetland consulting firms to review the City’s existing Abandoned Farmstead Wetland Bank, assess current available credits, and evaluate the feasibility of expanding wetland banking capacity at the existing site to support future development. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain clear, actionable information regarding what wetland credits the City currently holds, how those credits may be used under current state and federal regulations, and whether expansion of wetland banking capacity is feasible at the existing wetland bank location for future public or private development needs.
