The wet-out tube shall be positioned in the pipeline using the methodspecified by the manufacturer. Care should be exercised not to damage thetube as a result of installation. The tube should be pulled-in using a constanttension through an existing manhole or approved access point and fullyextend to the next designated manhole or termination point.b) The resin to tube ratio, by volume, shall be furnished as recommended by themanufacturer.c) A photo initiator shall be added to the resin prior to impregnation. The photo-initiatorshall be appropriate to the UV-curing system intended for use.d) Curing shall be accomplished by utilizing the appropriate medium in accordancewith the manufacturer’s recommended cure schedule. The curing source shall bemonitored and logged during the cure cycles. The manufacturer’s recommendedcure method and schedule shall be used for each line segment installed, and theliner wall thickness and the existing ground conditions with regard to temperature,moisture level, and thermal conductivity of soil, per ASTM as applicable, shall betaken into account by the CONTRACTOR.e) All light train sensor readings, recorded by the tamper proof computer, shall provideoutput documenting the cure along the entire length of the installed liner, includingbut limited to: curing speed, light source working and wattage, inner air pressure,curing temperatures, date and time, and length of the liner.Item No. 8:INSERT Section G – Mandatory State Financial Assistance Terms and Conditions Included as Attachment 9 tothis Addendum.MEETING MINUTESItem No. 9:Refer to Attachment No. 10 of this addendum for meeting minutes from the pre-bid meeting held onWednesday, April 8, 2026.QUESTIONS AND RESPONSESItem No. 10:Refer to Attachment No. 11 for Engineer’s responses to bidder questions received as of 5:00 PM EST onWednesday, April 15, 2026.END OF ADDENDUM No. 1Page 4 of 17Addendum No. 1to Contract DocumentsAttachmentsPage 1 of 17
