NOTICE OF INTENT

TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH

The Township of Mahwah intends to award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing

Agreement, Houston Galveston Area Council’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, HGAC-BUY. The

Township of Mahwah, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34- 6.2 (b) (3) is authorized to utilize an alternative

procurement method and Township of Mahwah Resolution #044-26 dated January 5, 2026

authorized membership to the National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Houston Galveston

Area Council’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, HGAC-BUY, for the period of January 1, 2026

through December 31, 2026.

The Township of Mahwah intends to purchase one, GM Tahoe Command Vehicle, Console, Rear

Command Cabinet and LED Lighting Package, with options, product code #10-75-SUV-COM-TAH,

using HGAC-BUY contract #AM10-23 entitled Ambulances, EMS and Other Special Service Vehicles.

It is the intent of the Township of Mahwah to make a contract award to 10-75 Emergency Vehicles,

14 1st Avenue, Unit 3, Haskell, NJ 07420. Information regarding the contract may be found on the
