The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Facilities and Services Tonto Lot Campus Phase I project. The selected CMAR will work with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient approach for the project.

The project site is located between East 24th Street and East 26th Street north of Sky Harbor Boulevard at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. The estimated construction cost of this first phase is $20 million.
