By signing below you acknowledge that youhave read and understand the 2025 Allen County Technical Specifications for Open Drain Maintenance.Scope of Work:Contractor shall perform De-Brushing, Ditch Dipping and Restoration on the Adams Drain beginning @ STA 30+00 (southside of Paulding Road) following the drain southeast and southwest to STA 55+75 (Pittsburgh Ft. Wayne & Chicago &Philadelphia Baltimore & Washington Rr R/W). Total Length = 2,575 L.F.On the working side, reshape and realign the drain starting at approx. STA 46+28, continuing to STA 48+10. On the non-working side (east side of drain), From STA 46+28 to STA 48+10, install revetment rip rap to stabilize banks. (Shown inattached map)Working Side = west side of drainAccess is from Paulding Rd. along the west side of the drain, utilizing the 75’ regulated drain easement. Leave breaks in spoil atappropriate intervals for surface drainage, as directed by the Surveyor. Sediment may not beplaced in a field or wooded area without the landowner’s permission.Culverts to be Cleaned (up to a 16 sqft opening): noneCulverts to be Cleaned (over a 16 sqft opening): noneBridges/Spans to be Cleaned: Private crossing at STA 50+90.Seed Mix for Restoration: Drainage Easement Mix from STA 30+00 to 56+00.Requirements: Contractor must follow IC 36-9-27, applicable state/local laws, and AllenCounty Surveyor's O ice (ACSO) technical specifications. Contractor shall utilize the 75’regulated drain easement, along the Adams Drain, for access.
