NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NEGAUNEE SERVICE CENTER County of Marquette Entrance Renovation 184 U.S. 41 East Negaunee, Michigan 49855 DUE DATE: Thursday, August 21 , 2025 by 10:00 a.m. local time

Marquette County invites sealed bids for the Negaunee Service Center (Marquette County Health Department) located at 184 U.S. 41 East, Negaunee MI 49866. This project aims to redesign and renovate the public entrance to the building to provide a more efficient public traffic flow into the building and improve security to the building. All work will be completed according to the specifications and requirements outlined in the Project Manual. Interested contractors are invited to review the full bid documents and submit proposals by the deadline specified. The Project Manual and Drawings are available for download below.
