Description: Request for Qualifications (RFQ) The City of Citrus Heights (“City’) is soliciting qualifications from licensed real estate brokers/firms (“Respondents”) to provide professional realtor services for the marketing and sale of one City-owned residential property located at 7859 Casa Bella Way, Citrus Heights CA, 95621. The City seeks a qualified broker with demonstrated experience selling residential properties in the Citrus Heights, California area, including representing public entities, understanding public-sector transparency requirements, and managing sales involving publicly-owned property. The scope will be for assistance to sell one single family home currently owned by the City. It is the intent of this RFQ to result in a Listing Agreement with the selected respondent to provide real estate services as outlined within the RFQ document. It is the responsibility of the respondents to monitor this webpage for any addendums posted prior to the due date.
