Notes	The City of Davenport, serving as the lead agency, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive transit route optimization study. This study will assess the efficiency, potential opportunities, and overall suitability of public transportation services within the Iowa Quad Cities, and include Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge, and LeClaire as participating jurisdictions. Qualifications must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
