RFB ERO LIB #80-F-6-24/25 REBID (B) - 2025 Pipe Culvert Repairs/Replacements REBID (B) The project consists of: The installation, repair, and replacement of pipe culverts; and all incidental work as indicated in the Specifications, or the Special Provisions, on selected roadways from the County’s 2025 paving contracts. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. Bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the Project. Pre-qualification forms shall be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before bid opening. Application forms are available for download from the Bureau of Engineering website. Contact the Bureau of Engineering at (410) 386-2157 with any questions concerning the status of your firm’s pre-qualification submittal.
