Building and a New 10 or 12 Classroom(Approx. 15,000 S.F.) Building. In addition, there will be limited renovations toexisting buildings on the Fannin Elementary Campus. A pre-bid Conference willbe conducted on February 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM on the Fannin Campus. This Pre-Bid is limited to just CMaR’s interested in this Project – no Subcontractors needto attend.Proposals will be received in the Purchasing Department, 1621 University, San Angelo, TX76904 until 2PM, Thursday, March 12, 2026.
