The purpose of this RFI is for the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) to seek responses from potential Suppliers to provide information on a product that is a Universal Mathematics Screener only, or a Universal Mathematics Screener and Dyscalculia Screener together. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from suppliers regarding screening instruments to create a list of approved, qualified suppliers that School Districts may negotiate contracts with. The RFI will gather information from suppliers regarding their ability to provide services for the PK-12 Mathematics Assessment Systems that include screening and progress monitoring assessments and, if applicable, a Dyscalculia Screening Assessment.
