The Cecil County Health Department (CCHD) is seeking proposals from qualified Cecil County providers and community-based organizations engaged in suicide prevention to partner in implementing a grant-funded initiative focused on firearm safety and safe storage education as a means of reducing suicide in our community. This RFP is issued to identify organizations with the capacity, expertise, and community trust to carry out culturally competent, evidence-informed, and impactful suicide prevention activities.
