The Naperville Park District seeks qualified firms to guide the Park District and formulate a Strategic Plan for the years 2026 – 2028 to be utilized as a tool in goal setting and planning for future parks and recreation improvements and programmatic implementation. Proposals must be received from firms on or before 12:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 by mail, email or hand-delivered to the Park District Administration Building, 320 W. Jackson Avenue, Naperville, IL 60540.

Request for Proposals (RFP) packets may be obtained upon request. Request for digital RFP packets must be submitted to Monika Solomacha, Executive Administrative Assistant, by email at msolomacha@napervilleparks.org. All necessary RFP documents will be emailed at no cost. Hard copies are not available.
