Bid Title:	Request for Proposals (RFP) for Northwest Industrial Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District

Description: The City is hereby requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Northwest Industrial TIF district. The selected firm will work with City staff to determine the boundaries of the district. The City envisions the TIF district encompassing the majority of its industrial area in the northwestern part of the city as well as potentially covering peripheral areas if eligible. Submissions must be received no later than Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Please read the full RFP attached below for more details.
