The intended purpose for this Invitation for Bid is to provide the specifications to obtain an annual price agreement for the application of surface preservation treatment services for Collin County. Application of a surface preservation treatment consists of an engineered mixture of aggregates, clay, polymers, additives, and asphalt emulsion.
