The following information shall be made a part of Invitation to Bid No. 26-1004

Intersection Improvements – Highland Blvd at Tavish Trail and Bee Creek Road:

1. Instructions to Bidders / Section 00100 – Page 6

Section 7, Submission of Bid:

o Delete Section 7.4 in its entirety.

o Assurance forms are applicable only to federally funded projects.

2. Instructions to Bidders / Section 00100 – Page 8

Section 11, Submission of Post-Bid Information:

o Delete Sections 11.1.3 and 11.1.4 in their entirety.

o Reason: Assurance forms are applicable only to federally funded projects.

3. MBE/WBE Requirements

The City of Lakeway does not require an MBE/WBE Compliance Plan for this

solicitation.

o Remove all references to MBE/WBE requirements from the solicitation

documents.
