Project Description: TARC has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain Proposals from qualified Bidders and enter into a Contract for the Diesel ULSD #2 Fuel (ITB 20251915). This ITB will be conducted as a multistep competitive sealed bid consisting of Phase 1 – Technical Proposals and Phase 2 – Price Proposal/Reverse Auction. TARC has partnered with eBridge to host this bidding event on its web-based bidding platform.
