Bid No. 24-C3087 61st Avenue NE Sidewalk Replacement Project Phase 1, City of Kenmore, WA

The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. This project includes the installation of sidewalk and bike lanes along 61st Avenue NE between NE 190th Street and north city limits. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete new curb & gutter, sidewalks, bike lanes, illuminated rectangular rapid flashing beacon crosswalks, speed feedback signs, ADA curb ramp retrofits, sidewalk panel repair, curb extensions, HMA planing and overlay, utility coordination, storm drainage, water main, water services, tree preservation and planting, permanent signing, and channelization.

All bidding shall be based upon compliance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions.

The estimated construction cost Schedule A: $3,200,000

The estimated construction cost Schedule B: $500,000

This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is recommended that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self- Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. All questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically to Kent Vaughan at kvaughan@kenmorewa.gov , the City will not respond to phone calls.

All bidders must certify that they are not on the Controller General’s list of ineligible contractors or on the list of parties excluded from Federal procurement or nonprocurement programs.
