PROJECT DESCRIPTION : The City of La Porte is seeking competitive bids from qualified Contractors for landscape improvements at the La Porte Police Department located at. 3001N 23rd Street and the Municipal Court located at 3005 N 23rd Street. The landscape improvements will include demo and removal of existing trees and shrubs at the Police Department and Municipal Court locations, as well as installation of new landscaping materials in public and secured areas of the facility, rain gardens with underdrainage, and drip irrigation for all new materials. CLARIFICATIONS: All requests for interpretation shall be submitted as a question at www.publicpurchase.com or to purchasing@laportetx.gov or may be delivered in writing to the Purchasing Office located at 604 W. Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, 77571. The deadline for answering questions is seven (7) working days prior to the bid opening. SITE VISIT: Bidders are encouraged to view the worksite.
