Description: The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) seeks to award one (1) or more, with a maximum of two (2), Job Order Contracts (JOC or Contract) to qualified specialized roofing contractors to provide county-wide roof repairs and replacements on an as-needed basis at various Loudoun County facilities over a one (1)-year Base Term and up to three (3) additional one (1)-year Option Terms. A JOC is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The Work includes a collection of Tasks and related specifications that have pre-established unit prices. JOCs are to be used for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure and buildings by means of individual Job Orders issued under the JOCs and related to discrete, identified Projects.
