RFB 24-25-63 Replacement of Two (2) Groundwater Monitoring Wells

• Deadline: June 30, 2026, at 3 pm
• The City of Visalia is requesting bids for the replacement of two groundwater monitoring wells for the Visalia Public Works Department. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, and incidentals necessary to construct two (2) groundwater monitoring wells at the City of Visalia Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The wells are located at the WRF site as shown and described in the project Workplan. The project includes drilling, logging, installation, development, and completion of the wells, along with all associated appurtenances and site restoration, in accordance with the plans and technical specifications, applicable regulatory requirements, and accepted industry standards for groundwater monitoring wells.
