The City of Spokane, through its Police Department is initiating this Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing Mental health check-ups for Police Department employees. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
