No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 60 days after the date shown for opening thereof. The City of Hastings reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities therein. The City Council will consider award of contracts at their regular meeting to be held on 3:00PM on July 16, 2026. in the City Council Chambers at 101 4th Street East, Hastings, Minnesota or online via Zoom. Zoom meeting information will be made available on the City of Hastings website https://www.hastingsmn.gov.

No bid will be considered unless filed ONLINE with the bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract to perform said work. These bid bonds of the three lowest bidders will be retained until a contract has been awarded and signed by all concerned, but no longer than 60 days. All others will be returned within 7 days after the opening of bids.
