Project Description: ATTORNEY SERVICES. Sherburne County is seeking qualified individuals licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota for legal representation in matters requiring court appointed attorneys for the following public defender service areas:
Children’s Services: CHIPs, TPR, & other Permanency Cases
Adult Mental Health & Disability Commitment Services
Paternity/Contempt Services (Child Support)
Commitment Services for SDP, SPP, & Ml&D Persons
Conservatorship/Guardianship Case Services
