National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Inspection Services for the Bloomington HRA Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals for qualified inspectors to complete Housing Quality Inspections using National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) protocols in rental units throughout Bloomington that participate in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Rental Assistance Program.
