Bledsoe Street, Police Annex; 411 South Water Ave. and Police GunRange 192 Commerce Way all located in Gallatin, TN. 37066.2.0 CLEANING REQUIREMENTSGeneral Works Areas: Lobby, Hallways, Offices, Conference Rooms, Stairwells, and Restrooms3 days a week required cleaning: Mon/Wed/Fri Vacuum high traffic carpeted areas Empty trash cans, replace liners Thoroughly dust mop / vacuum lobby areas hard surfaces Spot clean glass windows and doors Clean and disinfect high touch areas, drinking fountains Vacuum entrance mats and runners Clean and restock all Restrooms Vacuum all carpeted areas including mats and rugs Damp mop all hard surfaces floors to include corners and edges Dust all horizontal surfaces to include wall hangings and shelves Spot clean walls and doors Clean exterior and interior glass entry door Damp clean bases of chairs and tables Disinfect all phones Clean behind and under all moveable furniture and décorOnce a month required cleaning Dust Windowsills and blinds Damp clean doors, door frames, baseboards High dust all surfaces not reach during normal cleaning (HVAC, vents, lightfixture)Page 1 of 12Restrooms3 days a week required cleaning: Mon/Wed/Fri Sweep all hard surfaces Damp mop all hard surface floors Empty trash/sanitary receptacles, replace liners Clean and disinfect fixtures and doors Clean and disinfect sinks/toilets/urinals Replenish toiletries in restrooms as neededWeekly required cleaning Spot clean wallsMonthly required cleaning Damp clean doors, door frames, baseboards High dust all surfaces not reach during normal cleaning (HVAC, vents, lightfixture)Buff Tile Floors (upon request)3.0 Vendor Requirements Vendor must meet all contract requirements and sign contract Vendor to complete all cleaning during business hours (7:30 – 4:30; Mon.-Fri.) City will provide cleaning chemicals for cleaning services City will provide all trash bags and paper products City will provide everything required for buffing tile floors No call outs, vendor is required to provide required staff for each cleaning day4.0 Evaluation of ProposalsThe City of Gallatin will award the contract to lowest responsible and responsivebidder meeting specifications, quality, and performance standards pursuant to theMunicipal Purchasing Act of 1983.
