Project Description: REDEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY. The City of Taylors Falls is seeking redevelopment proposals for a City-owned property located directly north of the iconic Drive-In Restaurant. This unique opportunity is ideal for developers interested in creating a high-quality mixed-use project that complements the community’s historic downtown character and vibrant tourism economy. Located near the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, Interstate State Park, Wild Mountain, and Trollhaugen, Taylors Falls welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors annually from our state parks and offers exceptional potential for mixed-use development. Interested developers are invited to attend the Developer’s Breakfast and Site Tour on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 8:30–10 a.m. to learn more about the property, community vision, and redevelopment expectations.
