Description: AIRPORT CONSULTANT Dear Sir/Madam: Re:       Request for Qualifications to Perform Professional Services- Architectural and Engineering Services Pontiac Municipal Airport Pontiac, IL  61764 Statement of Qualifications Guidelines The City of Pontiac is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from engineering consultants for the purpose of providing Architectural and Engineering Services; including special services for the items indicated in the attached Preliminary Scope of Services at the Pontiac Municipal Airport.  The proposed services must be performed and completed in such a manner as to be eligible for funding under the FAA Airport Improvement Program.  A qualification-based selection process conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E “Architectural, Engineering and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects” (9/25/2015) will be used. If your firm wishes to be considered for the services reference above, please submit four (4) copies of the following information by the time and date of 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2025, to: City of Pontiac Attn:  James Woolford  City Administrator 115 W Howard St. Pontiac, IL  61764 Name, size and description of firm. Location of main office and office where work will be accomplished. Qualifications and previous experience in airport development with dates at similar airports. Resumes of key personnel assigned to the projects. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of references associated with the previous work experience by your firm. A listing of the Illinois and FAA Great Lakes Region airports worked on by your firm as the prime consultant during the last three years. Provide any additional comments you believe are relevant. Provide Illinois Department of Transportation prequalification for work in Airport Design, Environmental Studies and Airport Construction Inspection. Ability to meet the required Federal provisions including DBE participation. Please limit your submittals to 30 pages or less, exclusive or cover sheet and transmittal letter. Please note that this is NOT a request for proposal.  No elaborate or special presentation brochures or cost information are expected at this time.  A selection will be made following the receipt of submittals.
