Description View ChangesThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.202 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A26QA012 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors, a small business size standard of $22,000,000. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 27 May 2026, 12:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03801. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The NH Air National Guard requires the following service:
CLIN 0001: Restore four (4) Mega Door overhead doors to full operational, functional, and like-new condition. All four doors are to be serviced, all fluids and worn components replaced, and new fabric installed. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Please note that the Government has a requirement for "Mega Door" brand-specific components. Please see the J&A for full details. (QTY= 1 JOB)

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
A site-visit will be conducted on 7 May, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend this site visit for familiarity of the requirement. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this site visit. Email the following information for all attendees to Casey Pridham at casey.a.pridham.mil@army.mil:
You must email the POCs listed in this solicitaiton to obtain appropriate vetting forms and instructions. Please include the name of your company and attendees in the email. This information must be provided in advance, 3 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government's denial of your access to the site visit. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site. Visitors must be escorted onto base through the Installation's Contractor Entry Gate prior to arrival. Visitors will meet in the parking lot right outside the Contractor Entry Gate (see site visit map in solicitation attachments) and once all Contractors have arrived and signed-in, a Government employee will escort everyone through the Contractor Entry Gate. You will be required to present a valid form of identification (detailed above) upon arrival. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such. Information provided at this conference or site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via posting at www.SAM.gov. The record will include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
All communications, to include technical or contractual questions, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 8 May 2026 to Casey Pridham at casey.a.pridham.mil@army.mil and Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, state the nature of your email and include the Solicitation Number W50S8A26QA012. For example, the subject of your email should be similar to the following: Quote Submission by Company XXXXX, Solicitation Number W50S8A26QA012 Company XXXXX Question Regarding Solicitation Number W50S8A26QA012.
This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Award may be made without discussion.
Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
