Since the purchase in 2006, the University has utilized the building asoffices for the outreach center, AEL classes and most recently a rental residence. Theproperty is 568 GSF. The Property legal description is the following: Lot Five (5) andSix (6) in Block 19 of Foust’s Addition to the City of West Plains, Missouri.The property is zoned in the C-3 Mid-Town Commercial District.Interested parties may view and inspect the Property for sale by appointmentonly. Theminimum acceptable bid amount is $160,000, based on current appraised value.After evaluating the submitted material, the University, at its sole discretion, maydetermine to issue a Request for Quote, a Request for Proposal, or negotiate with theentity with the most favorable terms as determined by the University. Upon identifying aBuyer, The University will proceed with a Purchase Agreement, to be approved by TheBoard of Governors of Missouri State University, prior to closing.Page 4 of 4
