Scope of Work:

Remove the existing roof system and roof adhered solar panel system and install a new roof system, including snow guards, gutters, down spots and other associated metals and flashings.

Sealed bids for the Roof Replacement at Bud Beasley Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on January 29, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
