This Addendum is issued in accordance with the RFP Terms & Conditions and is intended to provide

additional information and clarification to Respondents.

This Addendum consists of one (1) item which is listed below and is an integral part of the RFP to which

it is attached, and is incorporated therein and made part thereof by this reference.

The mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be hosted virtually via Teams.

For Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conferences, only Proposals from Offeror’s in attendance at the

mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting shall be accepted. Attendees will be asked to verify their name and firm

name to confirm attendance. No one will be accepted into the meeting after 15 minutes past the time

stated above.

Respondents shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with Proposal submission.
