CRRRA Driveway and Grading Improvements Project

Sealed bids will be received by the North Charleston Sewer District on behalf of the Charleston Regional Resource Recovery Authority until January 29, 2026, at 2:00PM and thereafter immediately opened and read publicly at North Charleston Sewer District office located at 7225 Stall Rd., North Charleston, SC 29406 for the Charleston Regional Resource Recovery Authority (CRRRA) Driveway and Grading Improvements Project located on a site owned by the Authority near Holly Hill, SC. A non-mandatory site visit to the property will be held January 21, 2026, at 1:00PM. The project is generally described as follows:

The project consists of furnishing and installing wetlands fill, replacement of stormwater drainage culvert, and various driveway improvements.

All project questions or requests for clarification should be submitted in writing to purchasing@ncsd.sc.gov

The project will be funded by public funds from the Charleston Regional Resource Recovery Authority, therefore; bidding, contract award and bonding requirements shall conform to S.C. Statutes for public facilities construction.

Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder unless all bids are rejected. The Charleston Regional Resource Recovery Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Contractors offering a proposal on this project must be licensed to do the specified type of contracting in the State of South Carolina.
