Description: Ellis County, Kansas is now accepting Request for Proposals to upgrade and replace Jail and Law Enforcement Center Video Surveillance and Access Control equipment and components located at the Law Enforcement/Detention Center, 105 West 12th Street, Hays, Kansas.. Questions must be received at least 96 hours prior to bid opening. All questions received and their answers shall be posted online and emailed to participating Respondents so that all potential Respondents may see them.
