Project Description: The project consists of the complete demolition and removal of the existing one-story Harbor Administration Building. Work includes removing multiple building structures, foundation, concrete walkways, asphalt parking lot, site utilities, landscaping, trees, fencing, and a CMU security wall along the adjacent U.S. Coast Guard property.
Lead and Abatement of the property has been completed and not part of the scope.
