Scope of Services
Provide for the purchase, delivery, and placement of commercial-grade heated meal delivery carts and cabinets with removable heaters to replace worn and obsolete equipment at the Osceola County Corrections Facility. The new equipment shall be fully compatible with the meal trays currently utilized by the Corrections Facility, and will ensure proper food temperature retention, sanitation compliance, enhanced operational efficiency, and secure distribution of inmate meals in accordance with applicable health, safety and correctional standards.
