Scope of Services
The City of Cocoa is soliciting for a contractor to remodel a portion of the first floor of the Dyal Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operations Building located at 28400 SR 520, Christmas, Florida 32709. Work includes renovations and alterations in the existing Instrument Repair Office, Breakroom, and Electrical Workshop. Please refer to the Bid Documents and Exhibits A and B for the complete set of requirements and components included in the project work.
