Amendment #1 - See attached amendment below for changes to the RFP, extend the proposal due date and Cost Proposal Form.

The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals for qualified individuals or agencies to provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services at Hiland Mountain Correctional Center (HMCC) in Eagle River, Alaska, and Anchorage Central Office (ACO) in Anchorage, Alaska.
