REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES FOR CITY OF HIGHLAND PARK
for the
PLACE OF REMEMBRANCE
City of Highland Park, Illinois

The Project involves the construction of a prominent, primary place of remembrance located at the Rose Garden and a subtle, secondary place of remembrance at Port Clinton Plaza in the City of Highland Park.

The design of the place of remembrance is not yet finalized, however there will likely be a primary focus on hardscape and landscape installation with the probable incorporation of a portion of existing landscape.

Multiple delivery alternatives will be explored for the Project with an ideal completion date of June 30, 2027. The CMR will be expected to take an active role in assessing completion options, alternatives, and order-of-magnitude costs in the design and planning process.
