The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for well plugging and site restoration services for abandoned, orphaned, or non-operational oil, gas, or saltwater disposal wells within Oklahoma in accordance with Oklahoma Corporation Commission regulations and applicable state law. This contract will create a list of responsible Contractors eligible to receive competitive bid opportunities for oil and gas environmental services, including well plugging. The solicitation will be conducted as a two-phase process.
