Proposals will be received by the Moss Point School District, Attention Travis Hart, CFO,
4924 Church
Street, Moss Point, MS 39563, no later than 2:00 p.m., January 21, 2025.
The proposals will be opened at the Moss Point School District 4924 Church Street, Moss
Point, MS
39563, following the deadline for receiving the request for RFQ proposal, on the above
noted date.
It is the policy of the Moss Point School District to provide equal opportunities without

this Request for Qualifications.
The Moss Point School District intends to award this professional services contract to one
firm, however,
MPSD reserves the right to accept one or multiple firms for this project.
The firm(s) selected for this RFQ will be responsible for assembling the sub-consultants
necessary to meet
the requirements of the RFQ. The Moss Point School District reserves the right to review
the proposed
firm/team and reject any consultants/sub-consultants identified as part of the applicant’s
team due to poor
past performance.
