Summary

Pinellas County (the County), is seeking proposals from established companies in the business of providing 9-1-1 Communications Centers with maintenance and support of the Vesta 9-1-1 Public Safety Call Handling Solution (Vesta) by Motorola Solutions. These services should be robust, responsive, timely, reliable, and provide the highest quality services. Any response to this RFP for a solution may be offered by a single proposer of such systems and services or as a collaboration between two or more proposers of such systems and services. However; the County seeks a complete solution delivered by a single contracted vendor.
