Description: Invitation for Bids Town of Oak Bluffs Cleaning Services for Town of Oak Bluffs Public Buildings. Contract No. OB2025-01 The Town of Oak Bluffs seeks bids from qualified contractors interested in providing public building cleaning services for the Oak Bluffs Town Hall, Public Library, Police Station and Council on Aging facilities, for a three-year contract period, with an option to renew for two consecutive one-year contracts. Bids must be submitted to the Town Administrator's Office, 56 School Street, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. This project is being bid pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, Section 5.
