Contract Documents may be examined, at no expense, on the Town of Bedford’s website (https://bedfordny.gov/Bids.aspx). Bid prices shall remain in effect for all orders placed for delivery on or before June 1, 2026. The Town of Bedford reserves the right to accept any bid in whole or in part and to reject any or all bids, as considered to be in the best interests of the Town of Bedford. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date of the bid opening. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Bids for Materials — May 28, 2025” on the outside of the envelope.
