Project ObjectivesThe purpose of this project is to abandon and replace the old and undersized existing 8”clay sanitary sewer pipeline, located beneath the State Street corridor which stretchesfrom 37th street to 31st street. The project seeks to improve the capacity of existing 8”sanitary sewer pipeline with larger 12” PVC sanitary sewer piping to accommodate futureneeds and development for the City of Evans. The exact method of replacement of claysewer line segments and manholes will be determined during the pre-design work.II. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAll companies submitting a response must be a qualified company and must be able tomeet all requirements as noted in the contract documents and specifications. Theconsulting firm shall agree not to refuse to hire, discharge, promote, demote or todiscriminate in matters of compensation against any person otherwise qualified, solelybecause of race, religion, creed, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, or physical ormental disability.III.
