Description: McAllen Public Utility is soliciting electronic bids for a Supply Contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Manhole Frames and Covers.

Bid Opening : Sealed electronic bids addressed to Mr. Mark Vega, P.E., General Manager, will be received until Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) at which time they shall be publicly opened in a meeting held in McAllen City Hall, 2 ^nd floor, Conference Room 2A. The McAllen Public Utility reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty ( 60 ) days without taking action.
