Description: The City of Port Angeles (City) is seeking proposals from one or more organizations to develop and implement projects for managed sheltering of unhoused individuals/families. The primary goal is to provide safe and cost-effective living alternatives so that unhoused individuals/families can have safe temporary housing while accessing support services which lead to permanent housing solutions.
